All orders require payment in full before fulfillment. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorization for charges. Prices are quoted in CAD and may change without prior notice.

For goods, we ship items within 3–5 business days. For services, we will contact you to schedule appointments within 7 days of purchase. Information products are delivered digitally upon confirmation of payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may request a refund for services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the session. Services marked as Non-refundable—such as custom implementations or one-off training sessions—do not qualify for refunds due to preparation and resource allocation. These items are clearly labeled at the time of purchase.

5.2 Information Products

E-books, video tutorials, and courses may be returned within 14 days of digital delivery if the content remains unused (no downloads or course access). Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical products can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original packaging and unused condition. After inspection and approval, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All content, trademarks, and software provided by AIDevice are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify without prior written consent.
